This system has been created to make repairs, replacement units and spare parts easier for stores to manage.

By submitting the product details, order information and a quick photo or video of the issue, our team can help identify the problem and determine whether the unit needs a replacement part, repair or complete replacement.

This makes it easier for store staff to assess customer units, organise the correct parts and resolve warranty issues, without having to diagnose the problem themselves.

Our goal is simple: less back-and-forth, faster solutions and an easier process for both the store and the customer.

Select Body / Motor if:

  • The shear doesn't run with a charged battery

  • The motor isn't operating

  • The shear is cutting in and out during operation

  • There is an unusual noise, smell or vibration coming from the body

  • The power switch isn't operating correctly

  • You have tested another charged battery and the shear still doesn't operate correctly

Select Shear Head if:

  • The blades are not moving correctly

  • The shear is running but not cutting properly

  • The head is making grinding, rattling or unusual noises

  • The comb or cutter isn't moving as it should

  • The head mechanism appears jammed, damaged or excessively loose

  • The body/motor is running normally but the head isn't operating correctly

Select Battery Charger if:

  • Neither battery will charge

  • The charger isn't showing its normal charging indication

  • The charger doesn't appear to receive power

  • Batteries that previously worked correctly suddenly won't charge

  • Both batteries charge normally on another compatible charger
